Bird Rigging Video

I was having trouble animating my bird using the frame work, so instead I'm sending a video of me using the rotation tool to move the bird. I showed the birds movement from different angles.

I've watched your Keyframing video a few times and I understand how to do it, but my problem is the Keyframing in Maya isn't working.
